What about "raw" foodism? From what I understand "overeating" or for that matter eating at all uses
the body's "enzyme" supply. If eating "raw" (or using digestive enzymes) the body, in theory, will use these
enzymes for other functions in the body. From "digestive" enzymes to "metabolic" ones!
