I admire Joe, but have seen on many podcasts he "uses" Jamie as his audience, like when he wants to make a funny comment or bit he always looks to the side looking for Jamie's appraisal or indication that it was good. Wish he would let that go and just focus on making shit funny with his own guest, not his team. In the older podcasts he was more loose and really didn't care if others thought if what he said was funny or not. Guess he's just getting old 😐
I love when I work somewhere with a guy like Donnell. With that hype man personality. Makes the day go by at a shit job so much better.
