Adderall does the same thing for everyone whether you have ADHD or not, sick of the BS. It allows you to hyper focus on whatever you like for long periods of time. It's never ending coke.

Adderall has improved my life after head injury, it's a life change
I have ADHD, and I can't even muster the right words to give justice to the level of expanse and impact ADHD has on my life. And attack me if you want for this but the sheer volume of people being misdiagnosed with ADHD has seriously negatively altered the public perception of our lives.
And now those lives' who genuinely struggle with ADHD have it so much worse in the modern day; the level of normalisation and awareness really is a double edged sword, people no longer see the struggled battles I fight with my own mind every single second of every single day, because they assume I am the same as the misdiagnosed neurotypical who wanted to feel special.
