Joe lifts weights about like he is a kung fu artist: very little and mostly in his mind..I have watched his so called workouts where they enhance the sounds to make it sound like a cannon when he connects..at least make it somewhat believable, because it sounds in real life like popping your hand inside a baseball glove..I am 6 inches taller and 60-70 pounds heavier than joe and strong as an ox and hitting my fist inside a glove with all my strength I can't make it sound even a tenth as loud..joe could pickup maybe 150 pounds maybe..guy is wealthy but scummy, nasty, but actually beginning to get his head screwed on right about politics

There are leg workouts that help with the knees so you don't ruin them by just running.
