Doesn’t know the marginal tax rate was 90% in the 50s and 60s.
When Trump says "Make America Great Again" I wonder of he remembers that the top marginal tax rates in the 1950s and early 60s, when America was presumably still great, were over 90% on incomes of about $450K-$500K or more. The tax rates and levels fluctuated from year to year at times, but 70% is more generous than America used to be when Trump was a kid.
