Trauma imprints on genetics.
Does this mean we're born just a bundle of trauma??
After our mother passed on, my brother and I both found out who our biological fathers were. Unfortunately they had already passed on as well, but we’ve been told by our respective half sisters how uncanny it is that we share certain traits and mannerisms with our fathers even though we never met them.
A new way to ponder why I hate cats. Dogs all day, guess my ancestors weren't mauled by wolves🤷♂️
I think it's one of the reasons why many people even while being in a comfortable and safe life feel unhappy, when they start doing dangerous things, exploring, uncovering they become happy.
