This just proves people have zero clue wtf they’re talking about when it comes to police… you have to live it to understand it. The reason you’re pulled over for speeding when no one is around, is because crazy shit happens when you least expect it, cars come out of nowhere and being on a scene with Mva deaths is horrible. That just shows the arrogance and entitlement citizens have without understanding the bigger picture

I'm a cop in Knoxville, Tennessee and I've hated to hear about the quota stuff. I always heard that there were quotas but once I became a cop I learned that Tennessee has a law against it. I don't know about other states but Tennessee's Law is TCA 39-16-516. I hope Joe sees this comment and sees that there isn't quotas at least here lol. I have only ever wrote 7 traffic citations and all of them were unbelievably deserved. We focus on arresting real criminals and we don't arrest for weed unless the person is selling a lot of it.
