First off I want to study Gods Word, I don’t want some band playing, they never glorify God, seems it’s more about them… I see a band or those instruments when I walk in a church, I’m ready to turn right around
Any music that glorifies God is awesome.
Does he list any specific songs or singers? This channel takes too long to get to its point.
Its not about contemporary or traditional its about who it gives glory too. If you're music speaks to glory of you as the creation or exalting yourself leave it alone. There was a sign i used to like that had a verse about the believer standing in the devil's neck. It's not our place to stand on his neck. That's for the King
Remember, the old hymns we enjoy so much were once contemporary, & someone probably didn't like them either. I agree that we, as Christians, should be more cautious of what we allow into our Spirit, but if this particular Christian song is actually drawing someone closer to God, then it should be seen as a glorious experience. Not as a demonic activity! It's fine if you would much rather stick to the old hymns, or if you don't like certain contemporary Christian songs out TODAY, but what MAY NOT be beneficial to YOU might actually be the case with ANOTHER Christian. Be careful not to promote "Legalism," for it is just as unbiblical as "Hyper Grace" Christianity.
