I would like to see Joe and Pat throw down. I don't care how many trophy's and black belts Joe has, I would put my money on Pat!
motion is lotion
When Pat started talking about the secret of working out while older I thought he was going to say "TRT"
What a man!
I was in a gnarly car wreck where I died a few times and lost most of my blood. I had T2 and T3 spinal fractures, torn aorta, collapsed lung, 8 broken ribs, ruptured spleen with massive internal bleeding, shattered pelvis and dislocated hip, broken femur, knee replacement, broken foot, and extensive nerve damage in my right leg and foot because the doctor had to sever my sciatic nerve to reconstruct my pelvis. I felt like Poncho from the original Predator movie, the dude that got hit by the log. Shit was not cool. No pain meds either.
