I've met a guy who had over 1200 natural test. And the doctors couldn't explain it. He was always mad. He isn't jacked anymore, but when he trains he gains very fast. He's diabetic and was terrified of roids. I know for a fact he wasn't using.
Honestly, the moment you get caught with any PED's you should be banned from the sport all together. Banning them for a few months is nothing, why tf wouldn't they risk it if all they get is a little slap on the wrist like that when caught red handed? You can't even trust their negative tests then, who knows if they just got away with it somehow?
