Bare knuckle promoters suck
Nate Shook and David Feldman are both super nice guys but their recruiting process is a bit fucked. I've been to several tryouts with different fighters and some of the fighters who get the chance are essentially meatbags used to draw in attention by getting destroyed by established fighters. I've heard negative things about their pay but I've always known them to pay. They can't alter purses based on what I've seen from the contracts. Biggest meat bag example is Kyle McElroy. He had ZERO fighting experience and his skill showcase was fucking brutal but he was signed to a 5 fight contract and hasn't won a single one so far lol
Would still rather watch BKFC over any other type of combat sport.
Herb dean wouldn't have made any money either lol
makes me think of how cage fighting used to be seen as the most insane thing that you'd need to be suicidal to do.
