When he says sugar consumption has decreased….is it cane sugar, white sugar, corn syrup, honey? I mean…if people stuff more on pasta nowadays, it doesn't really matter…does it?

Not sure, what was more unpleasant – watching Rogan's disappointing "mediation" or trying to listen to a guest, who managed to turn a viewer away from himself in first 10 minutes of inexcusably contemptuous talking

It's tragic that both are striving towards finding solutions to a very important issue around the world but their ego muddy the water for the folk who really need help.
I had an issue with the weight. I did some research. Got very confused. Then used my common sense to overcome the issue.
Luckily, I was determined, consistent and open minded to change my approach along the way.

I couldn't make it through this one. I tried. But, I didnt understand Stephan or Gary's arguments. And both seemed to contradict one another. Often in the same sentence. And I'm just as confused as I was before watching this. Let's not mention the utter discontent each other had, either. 🤦♂️🤕
