Jim Brewer was the nicest celebrity I’ve ever met, I was working for a guy who grew up with Bronson Arroyo, who was pitching for the Cincinnati Reds at the time, so he took me up to watch a game and hang out with Bronson. We got to the stadium, got our seats, and Jim Brewer was sitting right next to me, and I had been a big fan of his since I was like 12 years old, so I was freaking out, but I introduced myself and he was so nice, we talked the whole game, it turned out he was there as a friend of Bronson as well, so after the game we all went to Bronson’s house, smoked and drank some, then went to watch Brewer play a comedy show in downtown Cincinnati. It still might be the greatest day of my life
