the thing about max is most guys cut so far to make weight that moving up is easy. max doesnt cut nearly as much as some guys. it'd almost make more sense for him to go to 135 and get a belt to be a CC. but i think if he focus on 155 he could do it, but he'd need to bulk up, when he fought dustin he didn't get any bigger just didnt cut, but if he was going to stay there id assume he'd gain some muscle mass to be more competitive
I love how Rogan tries to make it seem like the Holloway/Ortega fight was super close and competitive ("they went to WAAAARRR!!")🤣🤣 when it was a one sided beat down!!. And this is not a knock on Ortega either because he's an amazing fighter and has proven in multiple fights that he's tough as they come and will never quit… But come on Joe🙄 you know that the Holloway vs Ortega fight wasn't even close! Holloway battered him and dominated him the entire fight until it was stopped 💯

Even Poirier was stunned at how much damage Max took in their second fight. A couple of those shots were knockouts on 90% of pros in that weight class
