I think Tom Papa might be mixing up Hannity with Alex Jones (who definitely HAS classified his show as "entertainment" when he came under legal scrutiny). Or ya know, I might not have heard about the Hannity thing. They're both silly cunts.

In all fairness i don’t think Hannity says he’s entertainment, He says he’s an opinion guy. They pay him to look at the facts and give his opinion on them. That is way more honest then the likes of Don Lemon who does the same thing as Hannity but calls himself an journalist.
