I find it insane that tuition fees are that high in the US, if you want to attend any private university (top or second-tier) you will have to spend at least 35K$, say you want to get a bachelor degree in engineering, that's 4 years X 35K$ = 140K$… I can buy a small apartment in Paris with that money!
Here in France, tuition fees at the best Universities only cost 143€ for a bachelor degree and 270€ for a Master's degree. If you want to attend a specialized school (engineering, finance or business) you"re gonna have to spend a little more, but we're far from 35K a year.
