Maybe we don't like rats and roaches because they live in our homes and eat our stuff. Lady bugs and squirrels stay outside and eat natures stuff.

I had a pet raccoon growing up. I would go down to the creek that ran through our property to catch crawdads to feed to him. He would just chill on your shoulder/lap while snacking on crawdads. We eventually released him back into the wild(got him when he was to young to care for himself) and a couple months later we saw him running through the yard toward the creek. I yelled the raccoons name(Rockey, don't hate) and he turned around did the little hand gesture he did when he wanted another crawdad and continued onto the creek. Great pet, almost as much fun as the squirrel.
That was very fucking weird
