I'm a big fan of the Star Trek series. Gene Roddenberry envisioned a human future where we stopped war on planet earth… and that was because we needed to come together due to there being some evil dudes out in the universe, like the Klingons and Romulans. War was still part of our lives but not human on human. He also saw the collapse of the monetary system and the welcoming of a socialized society where we are supplied housing, healthcare and advanced education. Maybe when AI gets on full force maybe war will be reduced only to the groups who reject living under the digital dictatorship of the future, AI will learn which it will learn right away that humans are hostile. And we have a gem of a planet. So it'll reduce and control our population. It'll decide our politics and economics. Give what we need to live. And offer us a player one like system where we'll just live and be eager to home and play in our cyberspace fantasy land like the Sims and live the way we want in a fake reality.
No humanity will always wage war. WW1 was the war to end all wars but no with new advances in war tech we got excited pair that with bad deals like what Germany got with the treaty of Versailles another war was inevitable. We got excited with jets nukes and cruise missiles. Now we have drones and AI tech in the scene. We're eager to test it out on each other.
