10 burpees, 10 pushups, 10 squats, 10 situps, 10 jumping jacks. thats 1 set. 30 seconds rest go again. try to do 10 sets. Thats all you need

In my best days I could do 50 push-ups at once. Now I'm happy if I do 25… But funny thing is, you keep those triceps, chest and shoulders for life.
