  1. Go for a pat macnamara workout. Get a 6ftx6ft wall built in your back garden, scale that thing every day as much as you can, and swim as several times a week. And run, start at 100m jog, then walk 50 meters, then jog another 100m. Stretch before and after workout and stay hydrated.

  2. For anyone curious years later, they make free standing pullup/chin up bars. They also make free standing dip bars. Bbars were great for the dips and i bought some amazon special adjustable pullup bar that fits great in my gym. You can also get a power cage 💪.
