I've stopped breathing 7 times and been brought back, and surprisingly only once out of stopping breathing i remember i drowned in swimming baths when i was 7 and i was so peaceful, i remember there was no way out i was drowning and had to let go i said my goodbyes and surrendered, ad was filled with light and love, all i can express is not that there is nothing after death but our atoms are recycled we don't go to another place, we become part of everything, that we are the universe and the universe is within us it's like being reincarnated in reverse not that we are reborn but rather recycled into the universe and become the stars and planets then again the planets and star rebirth us into physical beings. it's hard to really explain but the thing about reliving your life and all your memories flashing before you happened, it wasn't scary after letting go it was pure euphoric ecstasy happiness LOVE.
