How hard is it to kill a giraffe. They look like they would die if you hit them with a rock. Its pathetic
The justification to fund conservation using hunting is like funding charity and humanitarian services using money from hits, child trafficking, and drug deals. Just trading some sentient individuals for others.
All thess people in here are idiots. Let me explain what they're teying to say. You all don't know what you're talking about. Trophy Hunters will go to countries and get permission, the animal they're aloud to shoot is often to old to breed and kills others in its herd, and they use the money to save populations. Trophy hunters cannot take the animal corpse with them, so it's fiven to the people in Africa to eat since they are struggling to survive. Nothing goes to waste. The preservation uses the money as a place for the types of animals that are still great can breed. It also protects them from poachers. They are helping the animals and the people. They do NOT make money off of it. Poachers on the other hand don't get permission and maul out as many animals as possible, take only part of the animal, and leaves the rest to rot. Wild Life preservations in the countries know this, because they're doing it and they can see it works. You guys are only judging what it LOOKS like. It seems like you'd rather gave poachers hunt them to extinction
