To think people actually think Adam’s show actually presents unbiased truth and information and not just cherry-picked facts and studies to further his ideology is incredibly disappointing.

No doctor I had would agree formula is just as good as breastmilk. So I wish ppl would stop pushing that. It’s an alternative if you can’t produce milk and in the long run study’s have shown breast is better then formula. Weather it’s brain development or immune system
