Notice how he says "uh, uhm, uh" way, way less here because the epispde just started and he hasn't had any real major opinions challenged yet.
It's in other clips, much later in the episode, where Rogan really holds his feet to the fire on certain questions that the "uh, uhm" becomes more like every 2nd word.
