Anarchism is not the same as anarchy.
At individual level, people should self govern. But, in a Society, in a City, in a State, in a Country, thousands, hundreds of thousands, tens of millions, hundreds of millions, and even billions of people live that Geographical Location, there should be some form of System and Organizations.
And, yes, there will be corruption, dishonesty, bad apples of Society, etc. Because each Human is unique and different. Even under Anarchy, Humans will resort to tribalism, and there will still be corruption, dishonesty, and bad apples within whatever tribal unit you choose to identify with.
We need Government, Police, Firefighters, First Responders, Army, Navy, Air Force, etc., to run the Country, and protect that Country from other Sovereign nations that may choose to attack or invade.
Just like that, under Anarchy, you will need some form of Government, Police, Firefighters, First Responders, and Army to protect your tribe from other sovereign tribes that will try to attack or take over you.
Humans should strive to be individual, unique, have their own thoughts and opinions,
and in a Society, live by the rules and system set up, so that we can all get the basic needs of survival.
Which is Food, Water, Shelter, and a piece of Land where those resources are made frequently available.
Under Anarchy, you will still have to find a way to get those basic resources needed for survival, and under the modern Society, the Country you live in tries to provide it for you, and for the hundreds of millions of other people who live in that Country. Of course, you all have to do your work, and trade something of value (money) in order to get those resources. And just like that, under Anarchy, you will also have to work, and trade something of value to get those resources.
I really don't see the point of Anarchism. It's just breaking apart a Country into smaller and modular pieces, but still applying the macro societal system and structure at a smaller scale.
