Joe, as per usual, bases his opinion on “I know a guy.” What he doesn’t understand is that per capita both the Canadian and U.K. healthcare systems have better outcomes (statistically) across the board. That indicates that Canada and the U.K. have better doctors—as much as citizens like to bitch about their heath care systems they are far better off than if they lived under a U.S. type system.
