I have been battling food addiction for 20 years and ultimately education has helped a lot. In theory, all I ever needed to know is you shouldn’t eat too much and should exercise more. That works for most people.
But when you read food labels and look up how much sugar, sodium, fat the average person should eat in a day and how these junk foods have so much more you suddenly realize you’re poisoning yourself. That got me to see bad food as poison to be avoided.
mcdonals only food makes me stack on weight
cept it aint cheap no more.
People are fucking lazy to cook. It’s not a cost issue. Fat people spend $700 dollars a month on fast food and don’t give a fuck. Thats for one person.
Unhealthy food is NOT cheap. It's just heavily advertised and people are lazy.
