Facebook didn't 'realize' shit. It's a very well known part of human nature that people will share a negative experience or opinion at a rate 4 to 5 times more than they will share an opinion or experience that made them happy. Anyone versed in the science of 'customer service' can tell you that.
Facebook just pushes well known buttons.

It’s all part of the ruling classes effort to divide and conquer the masses. It’s as old a tactic as this is and it continues to work like a charm, time & time again. Rub raw any differences and push out any similarities. The average person seems unable to recognizes this fact and therefore unable to consciously guard against allowing their emotional strings to be pulled-on and controlled by essentially what are our puppet masters.
We all think that we can’t be manipulated so easily, that we somehow know what we know and believe what we believe because we’re free thinking responsible human beings or have free will. Unless free will is something that you are constantly working on and trying to improve everyday than you probably lost it years ago. If you ever had any to start with, the programming starts at a very early age. Long before we can defend ourselves and long before we know we have the right to. It’s a us against them mentality, left vs right, red vs blue, culture against culture, nation against nation and so on. Think for yourself
