People in Power make laws that benefit People in Power !!! Once that changes and the Big Tobacco companies started loosing at the bottom line, then and only then is this allowed to happen. The average person or people are not in Power, this is ALLOWED to happen.
Weed used to be a symbol of freedom. Now its part of the system. Vote decriminalization not legalization. Keep the government out of it, big corporations too.

The entire "drug war" has been treason from DAY ONE.
