Marijuana should be legal for medicinal uses for sure. Recreational Idk about that.
For people struggling with drug crimes preventing employment, you can file to have drug related charges expunged. You can hire a lawyer or do the paper work at the courthouse yourself. Also if that fails you can petition to have the cases sealed, which isnt preferable to getting them expunged, but it can help.
Worth a shot, and surprisingly not everyone knows that charges can be effectively "erased" even if you pleaded guilty or were convicted.
