Better drug containment, for instance; Corn sales verses ethanol gasoline. Gas is a dangerous and naturally illegal explosive substance; that if placed into a safe container becomes legal. Drugs in safe containers should be more beneficial to the defendant outcome.
Law is supposed to be balanced. When slavery was abolished; what were previously categorized as animals; walked among the human world. Drugs had to be legalized then. Adding someone to the human species; made it a natural world. Agriculture and plants fill the prisons with their victims. Human incarceration for stuff that grows so cheaply. Illegal sales of exotic groceries should be the only charge for plants….cJT…
