That paradigm hasnt shifted yet as the evidence is lacking, yet.That's all Schermer was saying.The alternative thinking has to put on weight.Right now it's nothing more than conjecture of facts.
It's not about narrow minded vs close mindedness, or authority vs 'rebels'.You can doubt existing premises but your evidence has to be substantial to overthrow the general consensus.
