  1. I relate to Khalil a lot when he talked about being an anxious guy. Like when he tries to describe walking into a room and getting an uncertain feeling, but struggles to find the words and makes a sound. I know that sound, it's the same sound I make WHEN I feel that way. I've never gone to a psychiatrist or hypnotist or anything but doing meditative exercises helps clear the mind and dissipate that feeling. Not even anything fancy, not like I've read a book or been taught proper meditation, just something I've worked out on my own where I lie down and slowly let my thoughts wash over me before my head clears up. And before you know it you're thinking about the goals/plans you have, visualizing what you're going to do, and clearing out the cobwebs. Everytime I come out feeling more calm, relaxed and confident than I went in, whether it's 10-15 minutes, half an hour or occasionally a long couple hours of my thoughts and maybe some music.
