  1. Ik exactly what Khalis talking about. When I diet and fast. My brain feels it a lot being so low on food. Even when I’m hydrated but dehydrating makes it so much worse. U could get slept by a slap easy when ur head feels like that.

  2. I feel like my cardio is so bad when cutting weight that I stopped doing it. I just can't seem to get back together fast enough after doing it. I just try to stay as close to weight as possible now. There are pros and cons of doing it.
