Well I came to this video to learn about anti-aging scientific developments and I had to sit through about half the show listening to irrelevant shit
I’m confused about something. Joe Rogan is always professing how he works out all the time and how he takes anti-aging supplements and other beneficial drugs that supposedly reverse age and yet the guy looks like he’s in his 60s he looks super old compared to his actual age of 52. In fact I would say that his appearance took a very abrupt and sudden turn after he did the show NewsRadio. He must’ve had a rapidly accelerated aging spurt in his life. I don’t know the guy but I probably attribute it to recreational drugs. Everything that he does good for his body it cancels out with all the marijuana and other recreational drugs that I’m sure he does in addition to his workaholic nature and lack of sleep. So I would say Joe Rogan is definitely not a good source or authority on healthy living and anti-aging
