I've always had a huge respect for Brian Grazer, even more so now. He's so open minded and engaged in what the person he's speaking to is saying. It's so amazing!
I remember hearing him use the expression, Are you codependant upon validation, which means, do you depend on other people' opinions.

I take Vyvanse which is like adderall and I don't act like that. I hardly notice its effect unless I pay attention to what I've done. I also have slept on it before, because it calms my mind.
I have ADHD and its very helpful to stay focused and organized.
