Carlin died of heart failure at Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. His last show was at The Orleans hotel and casino in Paradise, NV.

This is what is happening to Dave Chappelle.
People mistake what George was……he WAS a comedian until johnny carson went off the air. Every "comedy" show he did with white hair was him screaming about the BS of the world, and everyone laughed, called him a genius, and went about promoting (or allowing) the BS to keep piling on. Of course he went off on his audience…..we are the idiots he's talking about.
Of course he’d have rough sets, he was the most prolific ground breaking comic to date. I’m shocked Rogan doesn’t like him more. Carlin was the epitome of greatness in comedy. Lightyears ahead.
