i think if people could ever see people's thoughts, they'd see an abstract mishmash of jumbled images and feelings and bits and parts of words.. and they'd probably see how alot of what's in people's heads is what recently came in from other people, and make people and their dealings seem really weird :O and if everyone knew others could see their thoughts, then alot of what people think would be something awful, starting with "dont think something awful cause people can see your thoughts" :O Also, like.. what's "the intent" of a person? The first feeling that they feel, or the one that they correct themselves, or the one that they act on? Minds are weird.
This guys pretty cool I like his soothing voice and delivers his point across very well. Interesting. American cops need to sort themselves out.

I’m not defending this particular officer in any way. However, this guy makes some seriously reckless generalizations of police work.
