Louis Psihoyos is a photographer and documentary film director known for his still photography and contributions to National Geographic. His film “The Cove” won the Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature in 2010.

I would like to mention that the mollusks are the best FILTERS of the water. So eating them all is throwing shit way out of balance. Just look at the death of the oystering industry in the Chesapeake bay over the last 60 years.
Maybe even the smartest of us are blinded to the real solution, which could potentially just be to create food in a lab or focus on food that you can grow in mass numbers very efficiently (and adapt our lifestyle: eat less meat or have less kids; but that might just be a delusion)
