One possibility can be found, I believe in the Gospel of Saint John, chapter six.
The rejection of Jesus by many Jews happened because God's word said that it would happen. They were not looking for a Humble servant. They did not recognize him the first time that he came as a child who would grow to become the greatest Itinerary Preacher ever. They also were looking for a Militant King who would throw the Romans out of the Holy Land. They Jews will turn to their Messiah after the rapture and the beginning of the 07-year tribulation period. Jesus Is coming ! If you do not know Jesus as your savior. You can be saved today. John 03:16-17 God is love 1 John 04:08
The Jewish people had hardened hearts that kept them from learning the truth. Praise Lord Christ our Savior
