Can anyone help me understand why “ Christian’s” call YHWH, Jesus. Is this the big deception. We pray a miss.. praying to a made up name? Is this why YHWH will say “ I never knew you”?

I disagree that they didn't know YHWH''s name until Moses. There is another way to read that. Make it a question instead of a statement. Also note that the words 'but by my' are added words and are not in the original text. Remove those words –
'I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, unto Jacob El almighty name YHWH not ignorant to know.
I suggest that if the Hebrew people in Egypt did not know YHWH's name then verse 3:15 doesn't make sense. Moses saying that YHWH sent him would not make sense to the Hebrew people if they did not already know His name.
