I DO genuinely feel sorry for those at the conference who truly believed Logan was being honest and earnest. I knew from the moment I saw a clip of his engagement at FEIC, and was reassured more when I saw the release of his documentary. Logan has WAY too many subscribers and a pop-culture-esque image to uphold — there's no way he would ever expose himself in such a way; even if he did, on some level, believe it, himself.
Even Shane Dawson, who touched on Flat Earth while speaking to his brother who's quite familiar with the topic, and who seemingly approaches "conspiracy theories" with more integrity than most, avoided the typical public reaction by merely modestly suggesting he's "questioning the globe model" without admitting he believes in the Flat Earth model entirely.
He did this because he has an imagine to uphold. The backlash he would receive if he were to publicly admit to his millions of fans that he's a 'Flat Earther' would be career-ending….. It's no different for Logan Paul, though, if anything, probably more important to Logan, as opposed to Shane who is viewed as YouTube's darling star, Logan is the ignorant and egotistical YouTube psycho-brat who disrespects anyone and everything. There's a level of respect and integrity Shane harbours that is not reflective in Logan or his status – regardless of his YouTube status and safety net.
I love how these outsiders fear "conspiracy theories" such as Flat Earth whilst adhering to some of the most preposterous conspiracy theories themselves; such as Aliens, Area-51/ government coverup of Aliens, Bigfoot, a faceless and nameless "Illuminati", Russian bots, anti-women patriarchy, and, of course, Evolution.
Believing in aliens should be just as dangerous I mean it was never proven that they exist and they had billions of views before the recent spread of the flat earth theory and it was never deemed dangerous why, because people have found the truth and they're scared they're plan is unfolding right in front of they're eyes you ever see a chicken get beheaded and let go that's what's happening right now they're scrambling.😂😂😂 And the gentiles shall come to thee from the ends of the earth and they shall say surely our fathers have inherited lies vanity and things in which have profit
I know exactly what this was about. It was to slowdown the movement. I was all ready to get tickets to this years conference & then I watched this & L.P's documentary and decided against it. No one is gonna wanna attend the conference anymore as it's been made into a big joke. Such a shame….
logan paul is a shit
