37:53 Except the nazis never used the word Swastika (word from the Indian language Sanskrut), the called it Hakenkreuz (word from German language). In fact Swastika are ubiquitous in India (& perhaps in Buddhist countries in East & South East Asia) & some may even have tattoos. It's use is more visible in & around temples, during festivals, religious celebrations & certain rituals.
I would disagree that many atheists are woke. If anything I would say woke people are hijacking atheism because they know that cannot pursue their agenda by associating with right wing and religious groups.
