Tom Papa is awesome. Joe, no one wants to hear about your stupid diet, you’re old! Just give it up and live bro. It’s like listening to an annoying chick talk about her diet and health problems. We want to hear about Tom and his process.

Lenny Bruce used to play the Onion in SF my parents saw him there. Honey B lived out her days in Waikiki. She remarried, last I saw them they were very happy. Honey led a little chant on Queen's beach at the site of the circles of coconut palms. Affectionately known as the twelve coconuts. The chant started "if you statr your day… and ended with "your life will be ok ok" every one participating would lock there arms and to the beat kick one leg into the circle then the other while saying the ditty. Fond memories of Honey B and Waikiki. Cheers
