True depression is neurological. Chemical intervention is probably the best thing. But I'm not an advocate for most prescribed medications for depression because they are dog shit. Ketamine is leaps and bounds a better alternative for people who have tried conventional routes. But I could argue that conventional medicine is just not good for your body. Especially for men causing them erectile dysfunction.
