Rogan pontificating on how people NEED shitty soulsucking jobs to create a better product is typical fascist/ greedy capitalist rhetoric. When was the last time this overrated mook had a minimum wage job he had to work every single day with no hope of escape in sight? I doubt he ever really had one past a summer in his teens. Rich celebrities in their privileged bubble should really stfu about what the average working man or woman needs. People need a safety net for emergencies and life in general, especially working class people. Rogan and all his rich buddies have giant safety nets, why they feel so secure in telling poor people how they shouldnt get more for their soul powdering work. Yes, two wild animals will fight harder if you only throw in enough food for one, but it's a Fucked Up way to deal with a society of actual human beings.
I don't understand why Joe doesn't understand the depiction of Bruce Lee in Once Upon. Quentin is a fucker. Not in a bad way, but he's a fucker. Quentin loves Bruce Lee. Many references in Kill Bill vol.1 were from Lee…the theme from the green hornet, the bride's yellow motorcycle outfit. It wasn't disrespect in Once Upon..its Quentin's goofy-ass sense of humor. Hide your gods, because if Quentin comes anywhere near that God, he's gonna make him look like a fucking dork. I thought that scene was stiff because of Pitt, I think Pitt had trouble being funny in that scene because of the stoicism of his character. Brad Pitt is fucking hilarious sometimes.
