I watch Joe's podcast all the time, but I just found Fortune. Fucking hilarious.
If you look at Factory farms in the US and other so called "developed" countries. you see similar if not worse conditions than what you talk about in the wet market. Egg farms with chickens in crowded wire cages. Pigs in crowded indoor pens, Poop and urine spreading everywhere. The difference is, they use plenty of Antibiotics and Anti viral medicines to keep the pathogens in check. Some scientists say such practices will create super bugs in these factory farms in the future.
