Joe you can not like video games, that's perfectly fine, nobody's going to hunt you down for it, but you don't have to be so arrogant and blatantly disrespectful because of it, I can't see you acting this way toward an author or a screenwriter, why do you feel it's appropriate to act this way towards somebody who works on video games? It's just immature and really transparent. If it's because of the Quake thing, you need to stop blaming the video games for your addictive personality, it's not the games fault you got addicted, the game didn't lure you in and seduce you, you just got addicted to something because you were susceptible to it. I like you, so I'm trying to be respectful with this, but you're making that pretty hard

I honestly felt bad for hugo the way joe was disrespecting, but then I remembered he's making good money doing what he 100% loves doing, what else can somebody ask for…
I know Joe doesn’t read these comments but regardless I gotta get this off my chest. Joe you were really disrespectful to Hugo and it was hard to watch at times. I felt bad for Hugo and I’ve been listening to this podcast since the beginning. I normally love almost any episode of this show but huge thumbs down here. Hugo Doom 2016 and Doom Eternal are fucking dope ass games.
