My uncle is epileptic and he’s been on different medications for it since he was a teenager. He hasn’t had a seizure in years but as far as I know he still has to take his medication and be seizure free to keep his license. I believe if he did have a seizure he would lose his license until he was seizure free for a certain period of time, though I don’t know how long that period is or if it’s even a standard set length of time.
As a native Texan, I can say without a doubt we’d be glad to have you both! The weather may not be as good but we make up for that in other ways.
