Joe I've heard you say the best diet Is a balanced diet and I know for a fact keto long term can be bad for you you need a balanced diet which is why you mentioned performance which could cost you your life
People get insulted when others degrate them for thier choices when you know nothing about them. Maybe if you see people needing help rather than 'its simple they should know' then maybe we will have a better world
If people don’t take care of themselves how can you expect them to help take care of their partner. Holding your partner accountable to stay healthy is not a bad thing. Obesity is not beautiful or healthy.
